A social services agency requires a special brand of communication, one that gives a sense of optimism even in difficult times, and connects emotionally with clients and donors. The new logo, tagline and website for Jewish Family Services in Charlotte accomplished all of the above as the agency went through an identity and rebranding effort for the first time in nearly three decades.
